Indie Game Publisher DREADXP and his parent company, Epic Pictures Group, have announced a live-action movie of the horror game developed by indieveropper, The Mortual Assistant .
According to overseas media Deadline, the director and scriptwriter will be appointed by Jeremiah Kipp of the The Parasite parasitic beast and Slapface. Producer is Patrick Ewald, co-producer is ABBEY SMITH by ABBEY SMITH, and the production leaders will be the developer of the game, Brian Clarke, and DREADXP’s director Ted HentSchke. The cast will be announced at a later date. The game will be released on August 2, 2022, but it will be about one month since its release, and it will be a very early decision for an indie game.
This work is a first-person horror game set in the corpse depression. Players encounter a variety of paranormal phenomena as the apprentice coffin is conducting the body’s parents and preservative processing.
